TERMS and CONDITIONS
- Ka Yan's Makeup Paris reserves the right to change the terms and conditions as well as the service fee in any time.
- However, if you have made a reservation, the service fee shall be the amount agreed upon at the reservation.
- In the event of a dispute, Ka Yan's Makeup Paris reserves the right to make the final decision.
Confidentiality
- Ka Yan's Makeup Paris guarantees that your personal information will be used solely for professional purposes.
Makeup and Hair Trial
- The trial fee should be pay entirely on the service day (non-refundable and non-transferable)
Booking
- Your booking will be considered as reserved solely upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total service fee.
- The remaining balance should be pay entirely by cash on the day of the event before the start of the service or one week before by bank transfer.
- Once the date of service is confirmed, it only can be postponed based on the common availability.
An extra-fee of 50 € per postpone.
- For any confirmed bridal package, you can only change to a higher than initial package but not lower. No reduction in the number of hours or service is possible.
Client's cancellation
- The client has 7 days starting from the booking's date to change her mind and to be reimbursed solely for the deposit.
After that period, no reimbursement will be possible.
Ka Yan's Makeup Paris cancellation
- If Ka Yan's Makeup Paris has to cancel her services with you for some reasons
(except non-compliance with the rules / measures set by her), she will reimburse the full advance payment.
Liability
- All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction.
Client agree to release Ka Yan's Makeup Paris from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
Payment
- Accepted payments : cash, bank transfer or paypal (no checks)
- All service starting before 6:00am or finishing after 10:00pm, will require a payment increase of 25€ per hour.
- All the service require a roundtrip travel fee in the charge of the client.
- Overtime : 25€ per hour
